We ship internationally to 50+ countries including USA, UK, Canada, Australia, EU countries, and throughout Asia. Select your country during checkout to confirm availability.
International shipping is included in all product prices. You won't pay extra for shipping at checkout.
Yes, once your draft or final garment ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also monitor your shipment's progress in real-time from your profile dashboard on our website - track the journey from Bangkok to your door.
Yes! We offer in-person hotel service for visitors to Bangkok.

Option 1 - Full Service (5+ days in Bangkok):
- Visit 1 (Day 1): Measurements and fabric selection at your hotel
- Visit 2 (Day 3-4): First fitting at your hotel
- Visit 3 (Day 5-8): Final fitting and delivery at your hotel
- Result: Leave Bangkok with your finished garment
Option 2 - Quick Measurement Visit (1-3 days only):

Standard timeline: 3-6 weeks total
Rush options:
1. Bangkok Hotel Service (5-8 days):
- For visitors to Bangkok
- In-person fittings eliminate draft shipping
- Leave Thailand with finished suit
2. Send Measurements Ahead (2-3 days in Bangkok):
- Submit measurements BEFORE arriving in Bangkok
- We prep your order in advance
- Just final fitting when you land
3. Contact for Rush Production:
- Email us your deadline ASAP
- We'll assess if rush is possible
- May involve expedited shipping ($50-150 extra depending on location)
Recommendation: Order 6-8 weeks before your event for stress-free delivery.
Prevention:
- We provide tracking for both draft and final shipment
- Email updates at every production milestone
- Transparent timeline estimates (3-6 weeks standard)
If delayed:
- Contact us IMMEDIATELY via WhatsApp (fastest response)
- We'll expedite production if possible
- Upgrade to express shipping at our cost if delay is our fault
Customs delays: Occasionally customs holds packages 1-3 days (outside our control). We provide all documentation to minimize this.
Recommendation: Order well in advance (6-8 weeks for important events). Rush services available for Bangkok visitors.

- Try on draft when it arrives (day 1)

Speed tip: Complete draft fitting the DAY it arrives = save 6+ days on total timeline. Waiting 2 weeks to try it on = 2 weeks added to your delivery.
