Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Because every garment is custom-made to your measurements, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if there's a defect in craftsmanship or materials, contact us within 7 days of receiving your final garment and we'll make it right.

The draft fitting process is designed to ensure you're happy with the fit before we create your final garment.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

You can modify or cancel within a limited window - here's how it works:

Before Production Starts (within 24-48 hours):

  • Full cancellation available
  • Modifications to fabric, style, or customizations accepted
  • Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email

After Production Starts:

  • Cancellation NOT possible (fabric already cut)
  • Minor modifications may be possible (contact us to discuss)
  • This is why we confirm all details before starting

Our Confirmation Process Protects You:

We never start production blindly. Before cutting fabric:

  1. We review your order and measurements
  2. We reach out within 6-24 hours to confirm details
  3. You approve before we proceed
  4. Production only starts after your confirmation
