1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using LinenSuit.shop ("Website," "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services Overview

LinenSuit.shop provides custom tailoring services, including:

• • Custom-made suits, blazers, trousers, and shirts
• • Draft fitting process (test garment before final production)
• • Measurement services (DIY or Ultimate Precision)
• • Pattern storage and lifetime reordering
• • Bangkok hotel service for visitors
• • Virtual consultations and WhatsApp support

All garments are handcrafted in Bangkok by local artisans with decades of experience.

3. Custom Order Process

3.1 How Custom Orders Work

Step 1 - Order & Customize:

• • Select product and customize options online
• • Submit measurements OR purchase Ultimate Precision service
• • Complete payment

Step 2 - Draft Fitting:

• • We create a test garment based on your measurements
• • Draft shipped to you (included in price)
• • Try on and provide feedback via email, WhatsApp, or virtual consultation
• • We adjust pattern based on your feedback

Step 3 - Final Garment:

• • We craft your final garment using perfected pattern
• • Final garment shipped to your address
• • Pattern automatically stored in your profile for future orders

Timeline:

• • DIY Measurements: 3-6 weeks total
• • Ultimate Precision: 6-8 weeks total
• • Bangkok Hotel Service: 5-8 days (or 1-3 days measurement-only)

3.2 Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• • Provide accurate measurements and information
• • Respond to draft fitting feedback requests within 7 days
• • Review and approve draft fit before final production
• • Check order details before submitting payment

Important: Inaccurate measurements or failure to provide draft feedback may result in fit issues. The draft fitting process is designed to prevent this.

4. Pricing & Payment

4.1 Prices & What's Included

All prices include:

• • Draft fitting (test garment)
• • Custom tailoring by master artisans
• • Premium fabrics
• • Standard customizations
• • International shipping (draft + final garment)
• • Alterations based on draft feedback

Not included:

• • Ultimate Precision service ($49 - optional)
• • Premium add-ons (monogramming, contrast stitching - priced separately)

4.2 Payment Terms

• • Full payment required upfront before production starts
• • Accepted: Credit/debit cards via Stripe
• • All prices in USD
• • You authorize charges upon order placement

5. Returns & Refunds

Please see our detailed Refund & Return Policy. Key points:

• • No returns: Custom items cannot be returned
• • 24-hour cancellation: Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of order
• • Defects covered: Contact us within 7 days - we'll repair, remake, or refund
• • Minor alterations: Free within 30 days of delivery

6. Intellectual Property

We own:

• • Website content, design, and code
• • LinenSuit.shop name, logo, and branding
• • Product photography and descriptions

You own:

• • Your measurement data
• • Photos you provide during draft fitting
• • The physical garment once delivered

You grant us permission to use your draft fitting feedback and photos to improve our services.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

• • Use our service for fraudulent purposes
• • Submit false measurements or information
• • Resell our garments commercially without permission
• • Copy our website design, content, or patterns
• • Harass our staff via email, WhatsApp, or other channels
• • File fraudulent chargebacks

8. Liability & Disclaimers

8.1 Service "As Is"

We provide our services "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for perfection, handcrafted items may have minor variations that are characteristic of artisan work.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the garment. We are not liable for:

• • Fit issues caused by inaccurate measurements you provided
• • Shipping delays beyond our control
• • Customs duties or taxes
• • Loss of profits or consequential damages

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Key point: We store your measurement patterns for lifetime reordering convenience, but you can request deletion anytime.

10. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes will be resolved in Bangkok courts.
